I created this archive as a way to preserve the recipes, traditions, and memories of the Kasternakis family. I put this website together so the recipes could be kept in one place instead of being scattered or lost over time. My role in this project is building and organizing the site, adding recipes as they are collected, and making sure everything is easily accessible.
